Landfill Design Staging

The objective was to get the maximum storage capacity out of the existing landfill limits and the local regulations and geotech reports regarding final height and side slope design. The challenge was the irregular shape of site and the current conditions of the site that were in various states of excavation, storage, and cover. I successfully modelled fill plans from current conditions (which also included interpretation of previous designs) to the expected final landfill and presented the plans and quantities in an easy to understand format.
